Homeless dogs are a problem all around the world. In Mexico alone, it is estimated that 5 million dogs are living without homes. Fortunately, there many wonderful and caring people willing to take in these dogs; however, many have limited resources to make the connection between the dogs ready for a home and the people ready for an adopted dog.
